The artist, Orestia Papachristou, was born in Athens and graduated from the Athens University of fine Arts in 2012. Specializing in painting and iconography (with a particular focus on encaustic technique), she has also worked with sculpture and mosaics. Her mentors included Pavlos Samios, Panos Charalambous, and Nikos Tranos.
